By accessing and using TaskPro ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Google account to use TaskPro. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Task Participation

When participating in tasks on our platform:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must complete tasks according to the specified requirements
• You may not submit the same task multiple times fraudulently
• You must not use multiple accounts to circumvent limits

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to hack, crack, or otherwise compromise our platform
• Use automated tools or bots without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Payments and Withdrawals

Earnings from completed and approved tasks can be withdrawn through PayPal or Payoneer. Minimum withdrawal is $10. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your submissions in connection with our services.

8. Disclaimer

TaskPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with legal requirements.
